My friend Paula shared a fantastic picture on facebook today, from the NSW Mental Health Association. It’s called 10 Tips to Stress Less and I love it! I think I have number 1 well covered, but I’m going to continue to work on the other 9, apart from number 10 which would make me stress more, for sure! I’m going to take these steps, are you?
1. Look for opportunities in life’s challenges
2. Go for a walk with a friend
3. Focus more on things you can control
4. Ask for help
5. Give someone a compliment
6. Go to bed earlier
7. Breathe
8. Get involved with a cause you believe in
9. Reminisce about good times
10. Take a dance class
