There are a lot of goals I want to score today, this week, this year, this life even.
In 2015 I’m going to focus on what I can do, not what the outcome will be, just like the good doctor Sash ordered in this post right here.
There are a lot of things I want to change and they’re not going to happen by themselves. It’s time to get up, rise up and be the make the changes I want to be and to see.
This week I want to sleep more, eat well, stress less and try to master the art of switching my brain off.
Over the next few weeks, I want to do more of the same, plus train hard and run for fun.
Over the next few months, I want to keep up the good work, get stuck into my studies and be all over my blog.
However, this year, the goal I most want to achieve is just to be happy and healthy. Who doesn’t?
If I can also manage to squeeze in a half marathon and a ticket to Problogger this year, then that would just be the cherry on my 2015 cake.
It would be cool if life did have a remote though, wouldn’t it?
